Activities

Sunday School - After church every Sunday (excluding June, July, August)

Our Vacation Bible Camp meets July. It targets Children age 4 through 8th grade.
It is a great opportunity to learn about the Bible, grow in faith, do crafts and have fun.

Children's Christmas
During the month of December we gather the Sunday School children together to learn the real Christmas story and have fun fellowship on Friday nights. Our teens are also invited to be narrators for the program. The program is presented to the congregation as our Sunday morning worship on the Sunday before Christmas.

Pioneer - Pioneers Boy and Girl hold meetings twice a month and they go on outings every month Besides teaching important life skills, the Pioneer programs work to keep children close to their Savior.
The Sunbeam and Buckaroo program serves our first and second grade girls and boys.
Beginning in the third grade our boys and girls graduate to the Pioneer program.
All these programs focus on Christ. District and national activities supplement the congregational activities.

Lutheran Elementary School--
Some of our members make use of Memorial Lutheran Elementary School for their children.
Memorial Lutheran School is a kindergarten--eighth grade school. It is operated by our sister congregation Memorial Lutheran Church, located in nearby Williamston.

Confirmation Class-7th and 8th grade students currently meet on Monday evenings 7:00-8:30 p.m. during the school year.

We study the Bible as it is organized and summarized in Martin Luther's Small Catechism.

The catechism is organized in a Question and answer format. It's content is divided into six chief parts.

These parts are - The Ten Commandments, The Apostles' Creed, The Lord's Prayer, The Sacraments of Holy Baptism and the Lord's Supper, The Ministry of the Keys and Confession.

This 2 year course builds on Sunday School instruction and prepares the student to receive the Lord's Supper.


Lutheran High School--
Our congregation also has access to Christian high school education.
Our Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod operates a high school in Saginaw, MI.

Youth Group - Fellowship and bible study for Teens
Fellowship and Bible study for Christian teens is very important.
We strive to meet our teens needs for growth in faith, for fellowship, and for service

Bible Study - Offered twice a week. Sunday after the church service and Thursday morning at the church at 10:00 AM

Prayer Group -You are invited to attend the Prayer Group it meets on Thursday at 11:00AM immediately following Bible Class. You do not have to come to Bible Class to come to the Prayer Group. You are also invited to make use of the prayer request box. It is located on the left side of the counter in the entry way.
